How to order?

Simply click "WHOLESALE LOGIN" to create your account. We will send the confirmation email to your registered email address then you can make an order online.

Question How long is the processing time for an order?

The orders are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2-3 business days.

Question How are the orders shipped?

We ship the products via couriers such as Canpar and FEDEX by ground unless otherwise requested.

Question How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping charge will vary depending on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping location. If you wish to know your shipping charges, please contact us.

Question What is the payment term?

You do not need to pay online when you send the order. We collect payment by credit card for the initial order from new customers (business reference is requested) and offer terms to customers with good credit standing.
We accept payment by Check, Visa and Mastercard.

Question Can I cancel an order before it has been shipped?

Yes, you can cancel an order by calling us during business hours. However, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee if the order has been packed.

Question How to report damage, shortage and defective items?

All the above issues must be reported by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the order. We will send replacement or issue a credit note to you.

Question How do I make a return?

All returns must be pre-authorized by Snowcap Trading and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned items must be in good condition and original packaging without any stickers tagged by the retailer.
